Rosemary has completed extensive studies in the treatment of spinal dysfunction, joint pain, and soft-tissue disorders.
In addition, Rosemary has completed courses in Dry Needling for musculoskeletal problems, acute and chronic pain. At the Toombul clinic Cold Laser and Extracorporeal Shock Wave treatments are available.
Sometimes confused with acupuncture, the dry needling approach is based on Western anatomical and neurophysiological principles.
Rosemary offers dry needling as a part of her physiotherpy toolkit. A consultation is required first, to determine if dry needling is suitable for your needs.

WHAT TO EXPECT
What to expect at your first appointment.
You will be greeted by the friendly receptionist at Kenmore Village Physio who will direct you to my room for an initial assessment.
We will begin with a physical assessment, along with education and advice about your condition.
I believe that client education and advice is the key to treating the pain and keeping it away. During your assessment I will provide you with feedback on what I have found and what this means for you and your injury.
My focus is to empower my clients with knowledge about their injury, provide pain relief and create a home program of exercises for continued improvement.
